PackSys Global, a leading supplier of manufacturing lines for impact-extruded aerosol cans and bottles, and aluminium, plastics and laminate tubes, and closures, has been acquired by the Germany-based Brückner Group.
With a primary R&D centre in Switzerland, manufacturing and assembly bases in Switzerland and Thailand, and a software development centre in India, PackSys Global (PSG) will be owned by Brückner Technology Holding GmbH.
