January 7: Filler of aerosol products for the European personal care, beauty, healthcare and homecare markets, ColepCCL has completed the acquisition of Germany’s Czewo Full Filling Service GmbH, following regulatory approvals.
It means that Portugal-based ColepCCL becomes one of the largest aerosol product fillers in the region with sales of more than 500 million euros from nine factories in five countries and employing 2,800. It is also a growing manufacturer of aerosol cans with recent investments in Poland (see The Canmaker, January 2009).
