February 16: Leading Russian manufacturer of aluminium sheet for making cans, Alcoa Russia, is to install a coil coating line at its Samara Metallurgical Plant in the Volga region.
The new line will produce coated end and tab stock for beverage can ends, and coated canstock for food cans to supply the Russian market.
