Ball is doubling the output of its Alumi-Tek aluminium bottles in the US with the commissioning this month of its second canmaking line to meet increasing demand.
The resealable bottles have been manufactured since 2009 at Ball’s plant at Monticello, Indiana, with 12oz and 16oz sizes used for the Miller and Coors beer brands.
