Amber Beverage Group (ABG) has upgraded one of its canning lines as the Europe-focused beverage producer, distributor and retailer sets its sights on tapping the growing ready-to-drink (RTD) market.

New equipment has been installed in the company’s plant in Latvia where it produces Latvijas Balzams-branded alcoholic drinks. From there it plans to release new products based on the brands it owns, beginning in the autumn with a cocktail under its Riga Black Bitter label.
