September 19: A group of investors have announced that they are planning to build a beverage can plant in Nigeria with production starting in 2008.
Behind the $45 million project is Gary Huebner, president of NCT & Associates, an Iowa, USA-based company with, it is claimed, expertise in international relations, food processing, production, operations, marketing, and consulting.
