Ball Corporation is planning to build its first beverage can plant in Vietnam, where rising demand for canned drinks recently led to both Crown and Toyo Seikan to announce capacity increases.
Demand for cans in the region is expected to grow at 15 percent a year, said Ball’s global packaging operations chief Raymond Seabrook (pictured).
