Canmaking plants around the world have been recognised as winners of Ball Corporation’s first sustainability awards.
In the R. David Hoover Sustainability Award programme’s inaugural year, which honour’s the Colorado-based canmaker’s former president and chief executive and now chairman (pictured), five plants out of the 61 that Ball operates globally received prizes for making significant improvements in economic, social and environmental performance.
