Ball to reorganise its beverage can operations

North America’s leading beverage canmaking firm is planning to reorganise its operations with the closure of one of its larger plants, transfer of a production line and the installation of speciality can capacity.

As demand for speciality can sizes increases at the expense of 12oz cans, Ball Corporation will be closing its plant in southern California (pictured), moving a line to its plant in Canada and increasing non-12oz capacity at its Texas plant.
