October 16: Mexican beers Corona Light and Corona Extra in 24oz aluminium cans are being exported into the US for the first time.

According to IRI data, over the past four years import brands in the 24oz single-serve segment have averaged 13.3 percent case sales growth versus 4.7 percent for domestics.
