November 20: Brazil’s Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) has launched a counter-bid for Anglo-Dutch fellow steel maker Corus at £4.75 (US$8.99) a share against the £4.55 a share offered by India’s Tata Steel a month ago.
