Phoenix Container, which operates one of the largest steel pail canmaking plants in North America, has been bought by BWAY in a stock purchase deal.
It’s the latest in a series of acquisitions by BWAY Holdings Co, the Atlanta-based general line rigid container manufacturer, which posted sales of US$1.0 billion to the year ended September 2010, ten percent up.
