April 20: Swedish can coatings and inks specialist Lindgens has bought a controlling stake in Turkey’s Server Boya.
With a manufacturing plant in Istanbul, Server Boya is a leading supplier of coatings and inks in the surrounding markets with annual sales of about 3 million euros.
