Canned craft beers star in Bon Appétit magazine

February 1: The growing popularity of North American craft beers packed in aluminium cans has caught the attention of the swish Bon Appétit magazine, which “celebrates the world of great food and the pleasure of sharing it with others” and claims to have eight million readers.

Some 75 domestic craft brewers have been taking up the use of cans for their premium beers since Oskar Blues first tried them with its Dale’s Pale Ale in 2002.
