Adhesion is a key property of the inks being offered to the canmaking industry by INX International at the coming Cannex show in Denver at the end of this month.

And to provide a tangible example the Illinois-based company will have a special guest on hand in the form of Guinness Book world-record holder Jamie Keeton, known as Canhead.

Keeton has become famous for his rare condition that enables cans to stick to his skin. Cannex visitors will be able to have their picture taken with Canhead and leave with a custom produced aluminium bottle as a keepsake.

INX will be featuring its ink systems for two-piece and three-piece cans along with its INXSpec Brand Color Perfection System for monobloc can decorators and two new digital proofing systems.

Cannex & Fillex, the world canmaking congress, is being held from 27-29 April at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.
