April 25: Opening today in Las Vegas, Cannex 2007 is being used for the world launch of a necking system for beverage cans developed by UK-based CarnaudMetalbox Engineering, a division of canmaker Crown Holdings.
The unit being exhibited is the final necking stage of a multi-die necking system along with a flanger and light tester.
