China-based Baosteel Packaging is planning an ambitious expansion programme for its canmaking operations, it was revealed at The Canmaker Summit in Istanbul last week. But its general manager Jim Zhuang (pictured) warned that there could soon be too much domestic beverage can capacity in the country.
