June 10: The first Chinese-made system for the inspection of the sealant on food can lids and aerosols tops as they are made on production lines was unveiled this week at the Cannex Asia Pacific trade show in Guangzhou, China.
Jorson Trading, led by chief executive Chen Wei (pictured), developed the machine vision system in cooperation with the Science and Technology University of Foshan, which worked on the software.
