April 23: French tuna packer La Cobreco has redefined the quality of canned albacore with the launch of its softer, more succulent range of Arok-branded products, writes Peter Crosskey.
Based near the Breton fishing port of Douarnenez, the firm has successfully transferred its knowledge of packing shellfish to hand-filleted cuts of premium tuna.
