December 6: Contract aerosol-product filler ColepCCL has reinforced its entry into the Brazilian market by acquiring a controlling share of the two companies with which it recently set up a joint venture.

The Portuguese-based company has bought a 51 percent share in Provider Indústria e Comércio SA and Total Pack Indústria e Comércio SA, extending its partnership in which it set up ColepCCL Provider Aerosol (CPA) for the production of aerosol based consumer products, which was announced in September. The terms of the deal were not revealed.
