Leading aluminium manufacturer for canmaking in Europe, Constellium is selling its trading division. Christel Bories, Constellium’s chief executive (pictured), said the sale will enable the company to “focus on its core business”.
Constellium’s Alcan International Network (AIN), which mainly specialises in chemicals, minerals and raw materials, is being sold – for an undisclosed sum – to CellMark, a leading provider of supply chain services to the pulp and paper industry.
