August 1: To meet growing German demand for industrial products in aerosol cans, the world’s largest canmaker, Crown Holdings, has installed a new aerosol canmaking line at its plant in Belgium.
Crown Aerosols Europe’s facility at Antwerp now features canmaking equipment for 65mm, 52mm and 57mm diameter cans. Sixty percent of the plant’s output targets industrial products such as PU-foam, technical cleaners, oils and paints.
