March 22: A new beverage end manufacturing plant is to be built in Brazil by Crown Holdings, the world’s largest metal packaging manufacturer.
The plant at Manaus is Crown’s first end-making venture in South America and follows a recent decision by Latapack Ball Embalagens to increase end-making capacity at its plant at Simoes Filho, Bahia.
