April 29: Digital printing systems were a strong attraction at Cannex de las Américas in Las Vegas with INX International Inks selling two of its Evolve systems just before the show, one of which was being demonstrated on its booth.
The newly-developed machines, which print directly onto a beverage can bodies at the touch of a button, will be used by a new company set up in Washington state to make premium-end aluminium bottles.
