September 11: Limited numbers of promotional drinks cans are expected to be commercially possible using a digital printing process making its North American debut today at Print ’09 in Chicago.
California-based INX Digital, a division of INX International Inks, has developed the process which was first revealed at Cannex Asia in China in June. It is an extension of the MD660 flat-bed digital proofing system for cans already launched by INX last year.
