June 6: Beverage cans with a golf ball style design of embossed dimples are suiting a Finnish brewer to a tee.
Brewery group Olvi worked with canmaker Rexam to create the cans for its Fizz Cooler cider beverage.
The 50cl cans feature embossed dimples around the full circumference, said to give an improved grip, an unusual feel, and ultimately to encourage consumers to drink directly from the can.
