A double sheet detector for the metal packaging industry has been introduced by Roland Electronic.
Called the I100-S-WI and part of the company’s low-cost R100 series of sensors, it is said to be particularly well-suited to canmakers as it offers single-sided detection of double aluminium and tinplate sheets.
