May 29: Steel packaging’s strong environmental sustainability message will be better communicated within the European Union with the recent appointment of a public affairs manager based in Brussels.
Joris Nachtergaele will be working for Apeal, the association of packaging steel manufacturers. He joins Apeal soon after Empac, the metal packaging lobbying organisation, held its first general assembly to understand what politicians and industry think of metal packaging.
