July 6: World-leading supplier of sealants and coatings to the canmaking industry, Grace Darex Packaging Technologies, has acquired the assets of Spanish coatings company Grupo Sistiaga.
The deal allows Grace to better serve the fast-growing aluminum bottle segment of the beverage packaging industry, Darex vice president and general manager Robert Sorrentino said.
