September 8: One of the canmaking machinery industry’s leading manufacturers of thermal curing ovens, UK-based Greenbank Technology, has been bought by US-based CPM, the world’s leading equipment provider in particle-size reduction, pelleting and thermal processing equipment.
The acquisition will expand CPM’s thermal-processing product services into the metal decoration, web and paper market segments.
