October 21: German metal packaging group Huber has appointed Peter Morinov (right) as general manager of its canmaking plant in Russia.
The plant at Bykovo near Moscow is a joint venture with a Russian partner in which Huber owns 85 percent. It makes high-quality printed cans and pails from tinplate in a range of volumes and sizes.
