June 1: The Russian arm of German general line canmaking firm Huber was the overall packaging award winner at Interlakokraska 2009, the 13th International Exhibition and Conference for Paints and Varnishes held recently in Moscow.
Huber Packaging Group Russia, located at Bykovo near Moscow, won the Best Paint and Coating Products 2009 award for its decorated 99 x 136mm lever lid can and a similar 108 x 132mm lever lid can with an inside lacquer coating and a powder stripe protected side seam.
