January 3: Germany’s leading general line canmaker Huber Verpackungen has restructured its business under a new name to position itself to meet global markets.
Now trading as Huber Packaging Group, the company has invested 25 million euros (US$31.5m) in new manufacturing lines at its Őhringen plant and the consolidation of its Klann and BMG operations at Landshut, which will now be called Huber Decorative Packaging.
