The recycling rate for used aluminium beverage cans in the US reached 67 percent, making them the most recycled of drinks containers, according to the Can Manufactures Institute, which represents the canmaking industry, the Aluminum Association, and the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI).
