February 26: Canmaking company Impress is expected to acquire the assets of conversion press manufacturer Service Tool International (STI), which were put up for auction on Wednesday.
STI, located near Chicago, was wound up following “continuing operating losses and the inability to pay its remaining obligation due to extremely difficult business conditions”.
