April 28: Vision system specialist Pressco isn’t unveiling a new piece of hardware at Cannex de las Américas, but it is highlighting its improved software. It looks elementary, but this is one of those situations where that benefits its customers.
Its new presentation option includes a colour-coded can, which can be seen easily as a worker strolls past the monitor. If the cans are in the optimum specifications, they are a bright green – but parts that don’t meet those specs are yellow or red, depending on the severity of the flaw.
