The canmaking industry in the US is planning to improve recycling rates for aluminium cans to 70 per cent by 2030, said the Can Manufacturers Institute (CMI) as it released ‘The Aluminum Can Advantage: Sustainability Key Performance Indicators 2021’ report.Â
