Internal printing gives caps a new twist

May 27: A Polish fruit juice bottler is using a newly-developed ink to say ‘Powitanie!’ (‘Hello!’) to its customers on the inside of its twist-off caps.
The ink, developed by Crown Holdings at its plant at Goleniow, Poland, meets the legislation set down by both the FDA and the EU regarding food contact applications.
