March 2: The name of a new – and the only specifically dedicated, it says – player in the can coatings and inks market has been revealed: Lindgens Metal Decorating Coatings & Inks based in Sweden.
The company was created following a management buyout of Flint Ink’s metal decorating business following the merger of US-based Flint Ink with Germany’s XSYS Print Solutions in October last year. The new company also took over XSYS’s metal decorating business, formerly known under the brand name Lindgens.
