January 25: Diverse UK-based packaging manufacturer Linpac Group has halved its debt with ownership being taken over from private equity firm Montagu by a syndicate of banks.
Amongst the firm’s divisions is Linpac Metal Decorating, based in South Wales, which prints tinplate for fabrication into decorative tins by a number of canmakers.
