December 14: The operating assets of Littell Industries, the US-based manufacturer scroll-shearing lines for canmaking plants, have been acquired by the owner of Perfecto Industries.
Perfecto makes a range of equipment, from coil handling to zig-zag feeders and is owned by Kevin Roberts who has formed a new company, Littell LLC, which will continue the operation in Schaumburg, Illinois. All employees of the former company have been retained by Littell LLC.
