May 15: Olive oil will take on a new look later this year when it starts being sold in metal packaging designed by ASA San Marino.
The company, which is based in the tiny state of San Marino within Italy, has developed cans with expanded rectangular bodies and screw pilfer-proof tops of the types used on glass bottles. Using a 65mm basic diameter, the cans will be offered in 50cl, 75cl and 100cl sizes.
