Low-migration UV inks enter the market

US inks manufacturer INX International has introduced what is said to be the first UV hybrid low-migration ink for three-piece metal decoration.

Called TP UV Fusion, the inks are designed for indirect food packaging applications that demand low-migration and low-odour inks. The range is free from ITX and benzophenone, conform to Nestlé’s requirements for packaging inks, and also meet the standards of the ASA Soy Ink Seal, being free from VOCs.
