October 14: The metal container equipment business of Frattini in Italy has been acquired by Germany’s Mall+Herlan it was announced today.
No details of the value of the deal have been released, but Mall+Herlan was earlier reported to have offered 3.2 million euros for the Frattini assets, which have been merged with Mall+Herlan division Eta-Tech into two companies, Frattini-Tech SRL in Italy and Frattini-Tech AG in Switzerland.
