October 19: Coca-Cola is helping consumers to manage their calorie intake by launching its drinks in 7.5-oz cans in North America. The smaller Coke contains 90 calories.
Most drinks cans in the US are a 12-oz size (shown left in the picture) and in the syrup-sweetened versions typically have 155 calories. The mini can is part of a campaign for smaller servings and to put health at the top of Coca-Cola’s agenda.
