June 26: Metal-decorating press manufacturer Bauer+Kunzi has gained regulatory approval for the acquisition of its fellow German competitor LTG-Mailänder.
Bauer+Kunzi, which produces high-speed Metalstar2 presses, will complete the £11.6m (US$21.2m) deal at the end of July when it is expected that the company will be renamed KBA MetalPrint GmbH & KG.
