Neville Isdell to speak in New York

December 7: Coca-Cola’s Neville Isdell, who yesterday announced that he will be stepping down as chief executive but remaining chairman from next July, tops the bill at next week’s drinks industry Future Smarts conference in New York.
Isdell will be succeeded at Coca-Cola by chief operating officer Muhtar Kent as part of a management restructuring plan aimed at growing the soft drinks giant’s business around the world.
At the Future Smarts conference at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York City on Monday, December 10, organised by the Beverage Digest newsletter, Isdell will be joined by PepsiCo’s chief executive Indra Nooyi and at least seven other chief executives from bottlers of Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola and Nestlé products.
