Véronique Bagge is to become Europen’s new managing director from the beginning of next year. At Brussels-based European Organization for Packaging and the Environment, she succeeds Julian Carroll who has served for 19 years as managing director since the organization was founded in 1993.
Carroll will continue work as a specialist consultant on packaging sustainability and trade association management.
