Canmaking company Crown Holdings could next year be supplying self-heating containers to a European food and beverage brand using a new technology developed in the US by HeatGenie.
HeatGenie, the Texas-based company that has been working on the project since 2008, says that it has received a Letter of Intent from the brand owner to buy up to five million cans.
