On-line colour inspection launched

April 27: On-line colour inspection for the printed sheets used for decorated cans was launched for the first time at Cannex this week.
UK-based press and coating machines supplier Crabtree of Gateshead has partnered with US inspection systems specialist Applied Vision.
In July, Applied Vision’s KromaKing colour inspection system will be available for all new Crabtree Marquess, C200 and Fastready presses, and also as a retrofit to existing Marquess and 1290 presses.
